Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 92ok platform, including the website accessible at https://92ok.io, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and every product and service offered under the 92ok brand ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 92ok ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand and agree to be bound by them, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the 92ok website, all associated pages, and all products and services offered under the 92ok brand.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who holds a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Real Funds" means currency deposited by a Player into their Account using an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which Account balances are held and transactions are conducted on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations, timestamps, and event scheduling references.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 92ok Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92ok enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 92ok or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed at 92ok's discretion.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or any other account restriction imposed by 92ok.

92ok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used, at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, and slots, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 92ok will never request your password through any communication channel. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you have reason to believe that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 92ok immediately by emailing [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

92ok reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account transactions on the 92ok Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 92ok reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your Account within approximately two minutes of transaction confirmation under standard operating conditions. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on card network processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 92ok does not apply transaction fees to standard deposits, though your payment provider may have its own fee schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three banking business days for Visa and Mastercard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the Account, unless otherwise approved by the 92ok compliance team.

Verification Requirements: 92ok may require Account verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the past three months, and verification of the payment method. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Currency: Account balances are held exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied. Winnings, bonuses, and refunds are all credited and displayed in BDT.

Bonuses & Promotions

92ok offers promotions, bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all 92ok promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. Players subject to account restrictions or self-exclusion are not eligible.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds. Real Funds are used before Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the applicable Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• 92ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any modification will not affect promotions already in progress for eligible players who have already opted in.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit, or exploiting a system error, will result in the bonus being voided and the Account being reviewed.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 92ok sportsbook are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued an explicit confirmation message and a bet reference number. 92ok reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet will be void if confirmation was not received.

Pricing Errors: In the event that a market price or odds figure is published erroneously due to a human error, technical fault, or data feed error, 92ok reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price. Players will be notified and stakes returned. 92ok has no obligation to honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to real-time changes. Odds may be suspended at any time. 92ok accepts no responsibility for bets placed on suspended markets during brief delays in suspension.

Settlement: All betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. Settlement is final once completed unless a clear administrative error is identified, in which case 92ok reserves the right to re-settle the market.

Maximum Winnings: 92ok applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day as specified in the applicable sport or market rules. Winnings exceeding the stated limit will be paid up to the limit only.

Casino & Slots

The 92ok casino product — including live casino tables and slots — is provided in collaboration with certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games available on the Platform use independently audited random number generators or certified live-dealer equipment to ensure fair outcomes.

Players acknowledge that casino games and slots carry an inherent house edge. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the game's information panel. Live casino games operate under standardised rules published by the respective game provider. 92ok is not responsible for any interruption to game services caused by a third-party provider's technical issues.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot game session, any in-progress game round will be completed according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92ok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of outstanding bets, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt manipulation of sporting events.
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties in a manner that constitutes fraud or unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or otherwise process funds of criminal origin.
• Placing bets using funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 92ok staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, if you have knowingly provided false location information to circumvent such a restriction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 92ok Platform — including but not limited to software code, page layouts, graphic designs, logos, brand assets, written content, data compilations, and odds displays — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92ok or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 92ok.

The 92ok name, logo, and associated brand assets are trademarks of 92ok. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92ok's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of Real Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

92ok expressly excludes liability for: any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or betting service; and any acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92ok makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content.

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by 92ok: 92ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that: the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria; prohibited conduct has occurred or is suspected; Account verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable period; or the continued operation of the Account presents a security, fraud, or regulatory risk.

Closure by the Player: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting 92ok support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Real Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding verification requirements and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion, through the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period. 92ok will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion, though the Player acknowledges that technical measures are not infallible and assumes responsibility for not attempting to circumvent them.

Privacy & Data

92ok collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

92ok applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Player data is stored on secure servers and is not sold or transferred to third parties except where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or as required by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

92ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required due to legal or regulatory obligations or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the Player is encouraged in the first instance to contact 92ok's customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. 92ok will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 92ok support team within 30 days, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy. 92ok's determination on matters of bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account review shall be final unless a clear factual error can be demonstrated by the Player.
